Amen Scott.  What release was it that sent all the people into a screaming 
fit that had hardcoded their trigger offsets?

Another reason to always use the online version of Infocenter versus CD's, 
etc.  Just in the Programming, API category alone:

the end added.  Some are fields I may not give a care about, like format 
OBJL0400 of the list objects QUSLOBJ api
