Is there any way to make use of the PRDLIB library? Since the vendo is
the problematic one, can you (or they) create a command which is run to
invoke their software which specifies a PRDLIB? At least it would then
be below the SYSLIBL (and then you could add YOUR version into the
SYSLIBL!).

Alternatively, is their software compatible with your version of the
SRVPGM, or are you using incompatible procedures? If so, can't you just
tell the customer to delete their copy of the SRVPGM and copy your
version into their library?
