Here's another example of timewasting on InfoCenter.  Start here:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r3/index.jsp

And click on the 'Memo To Users' link.  You don't get the Memo To Users.
You stay on the same URL and then have to click a Memo To Users link again.
THEN you get the Memo To Users.  Why?  Why doesn't the first click take you
there?

InfoCenter is full of such timewasters and garbage.  I have b****ed and
moaned to those people for years now to the extent they probably ignore me.
I honestly don't think they are interested in what we want.  Their goal is
to make it the most cool, up-to-date, state-of-the-art, use every language
and tool and option available so everyone thinks "Wow what manly programmers
they are!"  I simply cannot come up with another reason.  It sure isn't
because it's an improvement over the past 8 years.
