Myremainder=%rem(mynumber:2);
If (myremainder=0);
  // mynumber is even
Else;
  // mynumber is odd
EndIf;

Subject: Checking for an odd number

I have a need to determine whether or not a numeric value is an even or
odd number when cycling through a PF..

Is there a simple way to accomplish this within RPG without having to
resort to some complicated mathematical formula?
