Yes, in fact if I take all references to the output('O' specs and excepts)
I can get the module to compile(and work correctly if you call a report
module that does not create a report working correctly), and the section
of code is almost identical to another program. Thanks

It should be: DECLARE, PREPARE, OPEN, FETCH, CLOSE (IIRC).
May have forgotten some.
