I went home at a reasonable hour last night and missed the threads untilthis morning. (And some people say I don't have a life.)

Four girls, Bob?! Explains a lot. My grandfather had twelvegrandchildren; all girls except for yours truly. The man died a bitperplexed with a confused grin on his face. And, before you say it,Bob, yes there has been speculation that it was the oldest one (moi)that set the tone. :-D

Joe, I think Tommy's gardening "dig" was referring to the discussionyou, he, and I had earlier this year when you gave your WDSc seminar.Oh yeah, the plastic under the mulch is a good idea - until you have todig up part (or all) of the bed. Been there, done that, it's a pain.

Glad to see that everyone's got a sense of humor these days. One of thereasons that I always tried to attend Bob's sessions at COMMON was forhis wit and humor. Oh, sure, the technical stuff was great, but thedroll asides made the hour in the cushionless chair more than bearable.

This whole issue is pretty silly and not related to RPG.
Thin-skinned is seemingly a growing trend in America. Apparently people
have
somehow mixed up the "Declaration of Independence" which says people
have
the "right to _pursue_ happiness" with a mythical right in the U.S.
constitution that they believe says they "have the right to be happy"
(which
it does not say).

My point is... can we all just cowboy-up a bit here, please!

If I had the right be happy, then every time I saw someone use @ or# in the field name, I'd be feeling like my right to be happy hadbeen violated.

Scott, from someone who is fairly new to these lists and someone whois here


to learn from the likes of you....I would strongly suggest that you stay

put, right there in that chair :) You bring a tremendous amount of

talentand skill to the list group and I would hate to see you leave over suchaminor issue.

...I somehow always end up offending someone.

No worse than my getting your childs sex wrong :)

Stick around Scott, I for one have learned alot from you......andhave always appreciated your suggestions and comments, even whenthey "hurt"....
