Yep,
it was the lines per inch.  Thanks Don.  Much appreciated.  Since I can't 
change the LPI on the report, for the first page for the screen shot I'm 
going to double space the report.  Looks ok, like you said there's a ton 
of room on that first page.

Ron,

How many lines per inch is the report?  If you're at 8, I can see 
potential 
conflicts, try going back to 6 lpi and see if that helps.  We're using
similar technology in an OLD app and running at 6 lpi sans any major 
issues.
