You need a semicolon after every line:

IF Field1 = 2;    //need ; here too
     Statement1;
     Statement2;        
     Statement3;
Endif;


IF Field1 = 3;    //need ; here too
     Statement4;
     Statement5;        
     Statement6;
Endif;
