Finally following up with our guy responsible for PTFs.  And reading
Barbara's response had me wondering whether this PTF is a "cumulative" PTF
for the RPG compiler, by virtue of her labeling it as "the most recent".
There are only 3 pre-reqs, but a boatload of superseded PTFs.

If it's not "cumulative", should I just have him install all of the PTFs for
5722WDS?  (I realize WDS is more than just the RPG compiler.)
