FLDCSRPRG keyword not working

Hi All
I am using FLDCSRPRG keyword in DDS to move the control to the fields in 
vertical columns instead of fields row-wise. But it does not seem to be 
working?? On pressing TAB key the, the cursor moves to the next field in the 
same row irrespective of what I have mentioned in FLDCSRPRG keyword.

The Client which I am using is: Reflection for IBM, Version 10.0. I remember it 
to be working fine when I used Client Access to access same AS400 server! Does 
it require any settings for client?
