Jack, I don't know much about Java, however I think it's something like this. You fix one tight little part. But to distribute it you put it into a jar file (or some such animal) that contains the whole package and send that out. Nearest I can figure. Once you get past the one big upgrade the other upgrades are more manageable. Rob Berendt
