When moving through a visual age subfile with a mouse scroll wheel, we are seeing that on all but one PC (which happens to be the development PC) the subfile looks like it's spinning ... for lack of a better description. Instead of moving the subfile line by line (as if you're pulling the scrollbar with the mouse), it looks like it's flipping the subfile around... very weird.
