*Wow! Would you write my next "Review Comments?" LOL* "Well, My biggest issue was I spent 4 years slugging my guts out for a company I won't mention. Feeling good after so many years and pats on the back for many fixes, and after hours help. Thought I was valued. Turns out, nope. Not at all. They don't care about productivity, loyalty, etc. I turned down jobs while there. Management decides to change policies and gives me ultimatum to move or take a severance. Never again... I swore never again will I get myself thinking that I'm "needed". I'm just a pawn to be used until they decide to put me in the way of the queen to be knocked off to save the King."
