It depends.  If you static sql versus dynamic sql, then it may get stored 
in the program object.  You said you were using static.  For the benefit 
of others, if you are not using PREPARE or EXECUTE IMMEDIATE, then you are 
using static sql.

Try using the command PRTSQLINF against the program.
