No that will not work because let's say that the number 614-555-5555 was entered. You will get ... 614-555-5555 614-555-9999 714-555-5555 714-555-9999 714-999-9999 etc but you will not get 714-111-5555 714-555-1111 etc Since 714 is greater than the 614, from what I understand, she does want those to be returned.
