This is probably a Scott Kelments question. Using Scott's work as a base, I wrote a service program (XVUSRQ) to Create, Delete, Get and Put Entries on a User Queue. When I was working on it, I swear that there was a way with User Queues to retrieve the messages from the queues and not have them removed from the queue. Data Queues have an API you can call that will retrieve a data queue entry without deleting it (QMHRDQM) but it is a bear. I thought that capability was built right into the DEQ function but now I can't find anything on it. Was I just dreaming it?
