Not sure about your location, but I learned at a local community college.
There is also some training offered at various conferences throughout the
year. I recommend the RPGworld conference, but you have to wait until
spring 2007 for that next one of those. IBM has one coming up the end of
October in Las Vegas. I would look in to colleges first, unless you can
get your employer to help with the conference, they can get rather
expensive.

RPG IV classes that are for people who already know RPG III. I don't.
