There's not much about commitment control that is particularly language 
dependent...  It's really an issue with the design of your app.

All commitment control is doing is establishing the start and end points of a 
database transaction.  It's up to the developer to understand where these 
should be specified.  Do you have any specific questions?

Is there a good reference for commitment control usage?  The IBM manual 
appears to have its examples in RPGIII and isn't a very good reference. 
I'm looking for some real world techniques.
