We used to call this a tier multiple.
It would be part of the database and if the user would enter 3 and the tier
multiple was 11, then they'd get an error.
Same concept.
If  %rem(qtyOrd : tierMult) <> 0;
  // Tell the user to get a clue!

entering, and, if it doesn't divide correctly, that is, if the case pack
is 6, and they change the qty from 36 to 35, this is an error. So I need
to divide and I guess move the remainder to some field, see if that field
is not 0, and then display the error.
