I have a large rewrite project on the horizon and I am interested in embracing some OO concepts when re-writing the RPG, i.e. use of more modular code rather than behemoth applications.
Have your group read Steve McConnell's Code Complete. It isn't about RPG (most of the examples are in C or even Ada) but it does talk about how to build software. It's the principle of the thing rather than the details. You can probably get a copy at Barnes & Noble on Wolf Rd.
