Alan, What are ONTSHP and TOTSHP, are the x.0 fields? If so, you're dividing an x.0 by and x.0 so you get an x.0. Then you case the x.0 to an 7.2, but by then it's too late. Try casting ONTSHP and TOTSHP each to a 7.2 before you do the division, and then cast the result to a 2.2 and you should get the right answer. -Walden
