We have noticed a problem with sql internal errors after an upgrade to
V5R4. Embedded SQL that has worked for years is now quietly failing
with non-fatal sql internal errors.

This is happening with the "create table as (select statement) with
data" sql command. We are now getting CPF4204 messages "Internal
failure occurred in query processor."

This is a "quiet" error in that isw does not halt the program.

Anyone else seen this?
