Are you asking what you should have in CRTRPGMOD DBGVIEW(...)?

You might want to look up "Service Entry Points".  Especially if this is a 
web project.  SEP's kick tail!  Concept is basically you place a SEP on 
the program, or service program.  You can specify that if any user from 
any job uses this to automatically place the object in debug on your 
session.
