I'd add this addendum to Scott's post:  Pretend to be OS400 for a 
moment.  DSPFD OS5250TH.  What do you see?  Probably something like 
'File not found.'  Now do a DSPFD OS5250CAN.
The key concept here is that you can't create a new printer file with F 
and O specifications.  There must be an existing printer file for you to 
either open directly with F specs, or to override to.
