Since I have no access to your Msg_throw() routine and have no idea what it
does, I substituted a divide by zero to cause the second error. See the
code below. It works as I would expect it to, and I see all three displays.
I ran it on V5R3 and V5R2 - both worked the same. That leaves me to
conclude that either you are missing a PTF, or whatever you are doing in
your Msg_throw() routines is the cause.
