Currently the only thing I have published is my old e-deployment book from
back in 2000.  I'm pretty sure that goes into detail on how to do the whole
function key thing (it's an onKeyPress JavaScript function).

However, what I don't really have is a how-to on creating business
applications on the web.  I teach a course on it, but I don't have any
published material available online.
