Hey, we fit that bill.  I used to get some chuckles at the LUG when I got 
permission to drive a company car and was delayed when I had to stop and 
kick the whole exhaust system off the side of the road.  A former employee 
did ask me if we were still driving those crappy company cars.  But when 
we auction them off to employees they go like pancakes because everyone 
wants them.
Also, we're going to have to start getting new trucks for the drivers. 
Apparently once you exceed 400,000 miles it gets harder to get even 
liability insurance, regardless of how well maintained they are.
