Others can probably speak on this better than I but I think it has to do
with when you start adding keywords to your procedure interface.
Also, you can keep a commonality on your CALLP statements by either
storing the PR part of the procedure interface in a separate member, or,
as many choose, some utilization of compiler directives. Either way, you
then bring in the PR with /copy.

Keep in mind that some of the people who can elucidate on this better may
be attending COMMON this week.
