Group processing

I have a long winded process that ultimately created a work file that becomes a 
PDF. 
   
  There are several accounts that have more than one line and they all have the 
same info such as acct #, name, Annual sales, except for one specific column.
   
  Now to delete this extra fields, instead of  a simple Cycle time group break 
is there some other simple method to do this one final step?
