Hi Mike,

I tried to compile and run your code.  I didn't have the P.EMAIL 
copybook, so I copied the PI to make a PR.  And I didn't have the 
RPGMail stuff, so I commented it out.

When I ran it, using your code and your CMD interface, it worked 
perfectly.  I did not receive any garbage in the parameters.

Please verify that your prototype for SendEmail exactly matches the PI 
that you posted here.  Also verify that the garbage isn't already in the 
parameters when the CMD is called.

If neither of these things is the cause, then I'm stumped... it works 
here.
