Here's an interesting thing I learned while playing with this: if you create
a table using SQL, you cannot change that file to have multiple members!
You get a CPD3213 message if you try to set MAXMBRS to anything other than
1. This is one of the few limitations I've found to DDL described files
(and some might argue it's not even a limitation, but by the strictest
definition it's something you can do with DDS-described files that you can't
do with DDL-defined tables).
