It is called IF <evil grin>

I won't attempt to give you the full code - but the basic compare to ensure
that the new date is outside the current range would be something like:

If %Date( newDate : *CMDY ) > %Date( currentHigh : *CMDY );  // Date is OK

If the new date is supposed to be (say) just one day after the current high
date you could do this:

If %Date( newDate : *CMDY ) = ( %Date( currentHigh : *CMDY ) + %Days(1);
