I probably wasn't clear.  AVG is not the problem.  The problem is the 
line spacing.  I think it was Richard Ecuyer that sent an example.

Anyway, the problem is that there is no Exception line prior to the 'End 
of Record' data line.  So insert one between the AVG line and the 'End 
of Record line.  As Richard said, check your line spacing and/or 
skipping on each output line.
