You may be right, Aaron, my opinion on it is apparently not as firmed up
as yours anyway, and I'm at the stage where it looks like it may be
worth thinking about.
It comes with lots of cost, to be sure..
I just kind of liked the idea of, using a one-line copy prototypes and
binder directories being able to just program something like:
If CustFile1_Exists( key1 : key2 : key3 ) ;
vCustName = CustFile1_CustName( key1 : key2 : key3 ) ;
EndIf ;
Also, depending on standards again, the field names themselves could be
exported from the service program and imported using the prototype copy.
You've maybe thought about it/ done more already, and I don't really
have a "median" yet.. :)
