I thought that's what the OP was looking for.  I probably should have 
re-read that post before writing.  Sorry Terri, my solution won't help 
with printing the records where records exist in both files but are 
different.

Does matching records have a slick way of doing that?

I figured that not every field would need to be printed in the report. 
I thought "select *" was generally thought to be bad form for production 
queries, as it does not insulate from file layout changes.
