Let me translate that error to English for you:

"Hey Greg! I can't find the POIFSFileSystem Java class!"

Make sure you have the POI JAR files in your CLASSPATH. Or, if they're in /QIBM/UserData/Java400/ext, then make sure they're NOT in your CLASSPATH.

Also make sure the CLASSPATH is set before you start the JVM for the first time in the job.
