Mike,
When you say "the members are blank," do you mean that you put a '5' on 
a member in PDM and get a "Member xxx has no records" message? 
I've seen the latter condition when a source PF is copied with CRTDUPOBJ 
but the Data(*NO) option is used.  (OK, I'm the one who did that; quite 
by accident, you understand.)  The same error occurs if someone runs a 
CLRPFM on the member, or deletes all of the lines and saves it. 
Since all of the members are blank, my guess is that someone ran a 
CLRPFM against all members in the file.  The other scenarios (and maybe 
some others) are possible, but this seems the most likely.  Perhaps a 
housekeeping program that someone ran against the file for some reason.
