SQLCLI program calling another SQLCLI program.

Hi all,

I have 2 programs using SQLCLI.   Both are standalone programs and 
function perfectly when called directly.   Now I want pgmA to call pgmB 
but I have a CLI error on my SQLConnect(...).   rc = -1.

Both programs when called directly go through the following and each time 
rc=0

rc = SQLAllocEnv(henv); 
rc = SQLAllocConnect(henv:hdbc);
rc = SQLConnect(hdbc: szDSN: cbDSN: szUID: cbUID:szAuthStr: cbAuthStr); 

I know it's related to the SQLConnect because I created a short pgm doing 
nothing but the above steps and then calling either program and I get the 
same errors.   How do I get around the called program doing SQLConnect so 
that the other SQL calls function correctly???

We are on V5R4
