That's an interesting staff -- Coding parms/structures for calling 
the QUSRJOBI API is considered less complex than coding/calling what 
could conceivably be a 4-line ILE CL module (includes PGM PARM(), 
DCL and RETURN)...

Seems like a topic for general discussion.
