Hi Mike,

HI I am interested in hearing opinions on Harris Data Systems. How is
to work with from the programmers persective or the users
perspective. What if any quirks are there?

I enjoy working with HarrisData... they're support is excellent. The people are very nice, etc. Pricing is reasonable...

However, on the down side, their RPG code is somewhat old-fashioned. Although it's written in ILE RPG, it's what I would consider an "RPG/400 style" of code.

But, it definitely is RPG code -- I've made several of my own modifications, and it was relatively easy to do. The folks at Harris do not frown on customer modifications (unlike some other companies I've worked with).
