Surely unrelated to RPG... Regardless, the R-BR and R-UR need not be from a ROLLBACK initiated by the program nor command-line ROLLBACK request. The database itself can initiate an effective rollback of an operation; e.g. as implementation for an error condition. Review all of the details for the entry to determine what could have effected the rollback of that one row; including at a minimum, the row number and trigger & RI indicators, and flag. The limited view of what is given, is a /blinders on/ view of the scenario. Full entry details combined with the details from the joblog for that timestamp, might be even more revealing.
