When "Remainder" = 0, output a *STATUS message showing the percentage of the
process that is complete. So, when I load my subfile, or print the subfile,
the user can see how close they are to being done.

Given Charles' reasonable assumption that there is something called
TotalRecords, I'd just do this:

P_Percent = RcdsRead * 100 / TotalRecords;

Next, I'd like to see what Remainder is being used for. I can't figure
out an easy way to get it because it will be using the remainder rules
for divisors with decimal positions, which hurts my brain a little bit.
But I also can't see a good use for it, except possibly rounding. And
if you want a rounded value, just do this:

eval(h) P_Percent = RcdsRead * 100 / TotalRecords;
