any thing that affects PF triggers require an exclusive lock on the file.

On second thought ... I must have misinterpreted what I was reading
about CHGPFTRG. I tried it out and I'm getting a 'file in use' error
when trying to disable the trigger. That'll teach me to post about
something I'm just learning about!
