Replication of LOB columns through remote journal function.

Hi guys, just need some help here :-) Is it really possible to replicate LOB columns through remote journaling? Have anyone done this successfully?
   
  I've been sifting through IBM docs and I just can't figure it out, my mind is turning clay.
   
  Here's the situation:
  1. Remote journaling is up.
  2. Used RCVJRNE ENTFMT(*TYPEPTR) option to get the pointer to the LOB column.
   
  The problem is that I can't figure out how to use this pointer correctly in a RPGLE program to get the data! Hope someone can show me code on how this can be done.
