The old myth that you can change the layout of your database and no
changes will be made since you are now using these modules again, eh?
So now it's:
OpenListOfItemsForCust(cust#);
item#=GetListOfItemsForCust();

And then, wham, your item# changes from 15 to let's say 22 characters.
Now, not only do the modules GetList... have to be changed, but so does
every place that uses "item#" Oh, and you don't allow the use of the
database in those programs, right? So that kills using external
definitions and defining item# against some file somewhere. (That, and
your changes to your printer files and display files used within that
program.)
