This announcement was made with the release of V6R1 -- so the additions made in V5R4 (checking of free format syntax, etc) would therefore be the last enhancements to the product.


The stabilization starts logically at the end of V6R1, not the beginning. SEU was enhanced in V6R1 to support new syntax in RPG and COBOL. But it won't be enhanced after V6R1.
