If the READE returned %EOF and the CHAIN succeeded (%FOUND() = *ON) 

Then in the first example, %eof(myFILE) would return *OFF; whereas in the second example, %eof() would
still be *ON.

I'm not saying it's a common occurrence, just saying that there is a difference in the behavior of
%eof() and %eof(myFile).
