directed.  And probably not intended to have included one hundred sixty 
lines of unrelated text.?  Regardless...

  In response to the question, search the job websites for that role, 
for what other organizations consider as qualifications for candidates 
that would hold that title.  For example, dice.com, monster.com, et al.
