Hi Carel,

The customer I am doing this for actually had a similar amount of code
written as you detailed but wanted to learn/use the power of regex.  So part
of this is a "willing to expend the cost of entry for future more complex
use" type deal.  We thought it would be easy after the regex worked in Java
and we found examples from Klement and Cozzi, but it seems regex has it's
cross platform vices :-(
