I use The Cycle for all my report programs. I never use GOTOs in them. I
can't even think of a scenario where it would even cross my mind to use a
GOTO.

If you do't want to use the Cycle, then don't use the Cycle. I can't fathom
what there is about a Cycle program that requires a GOTO.
